We hand-deliver to homes and senior communities in Charlotte County and Sarasota County, Florida, including North Port and Englewood. We don't deliver to Longboat Key. Enter their address at checkout and we'll take it from there.

We deliver on the 1st and 15th of every month. Orders placed the 1st–14th are delivered on the 15th. Orders placed the 15th through the end of the month are delivered on the 1st. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday, we deliver the next business day.

We'll leave a "We missed you!" card where we tried to deliver. Give us a call at 941-310-7407 and we'll get the bag to them.

Yes. We take a photo of every drop-off and keep it for 30 days. Call us and we'll share it with you.

Yes, that's what most families do. Add their name, community and room number, and your note on the product page, then enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.

Never. We leave food out of every bag so it's safe for any diet, allergy or community rule.

One bag for $37.99, or 12 months prepaid for $410.29 (10% off): one bag every month for a year.

We refund the bags that haven't been delivered yet. For example, if 2 bags have gone out, we refund the other 10: $341.91.

Yes. If they're in the hospital or moving, call us and we'll pause their bags. When they're ready, send us the new address and we'll pick up where we left off.

Yes. Choose their birthday month on the product page and we'll make that month's bag a birthday bag. There's no extra charge.
